full clean cycle
Four stages, every load. Cleaner trailers in, cleaner herds out — that's the whole point of the campus.
STAGE 01
BIO WASH
We bio-wash all feeder-pig trailers and breeding-stock movements, stripping the organic load that shields pathogens from everything that follows.
STAGE 02
DISINFECT
We apply the latest available disinfectant chemistry for maximum kill against today's swine pathogens.
STAGE 03
DRY
Trailers are fully dried when needed — heat and airflow strip out the moisture pathogens depend on to survive and spread.
STAGE 04
TEST
We test trailers for virus before they leave the campus — contamination is caught at the gate, never discovered later in your barn.
